    Very interesting. What does Asia consist of? Does it refer to South Asia, also, i.e. India? I’d guess that more than 5 could speak some English, but perhaps not be fluent in it.

      Yep, India would be part of Asia. I’m not sure how they calculated the English speakers of India in their equation.
