1. Cross-Cultural Church Planting: August 20 – October 12, 2012 (Sign-up Deadline: August 13th)
Cross-Cultural Church Planting is an online course designed to focus on the study of the anthropological, sociological, and missiological factors that affect church planting in cross-cultural contexts. By completing textbook readings, quizzes, online discussions, and a research paper, students will reap a profound understanding of the key challenges, theories, and methods of church planting.
2. Missionary Anthropology: October 15 – December 14, 2012(Sign-up Deadline: October 8th)
Missionary Anthropology is an online course designed as an introduction to the study of cultural anthropology as it relates to cross-cultural missions. By taking this course, students will engage in the issues related to presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the context of understanding the worldview of people groups in various parts of the world. Assignments will include textbook readings, quizzes, online discussions, and a research paper.
