It took 18 centuries for dedicated believers to grow from 0% of the world’s population to 2.5% in 1900, only 70 years to grow from 2.5% to 5% in 1970, and just the last 30 years to grow from 5% to 11.2% of the world’s population.
And yet if we keep going the way we are, many will never hear…
If all the members of every church in the world were to bring every one of their friends and relatives within the same cultural group to faith in Christ, and they in turn were able to bring all their friends and relatives to Christ, there would still be billions who would not have access to the gospel because they are from a different culture.
That in every people group a significant number of healthy, multiplying churches are established so that their expansion and multiplication will give gospel access to every person in the people group and will spread beyond their own cultural borders.
